What is DREADMOOR?
DREADMOOR is a dark first-person fishing adventure set in a flooded post-catastrophe world. Players travel by fishing trawler, search dangerous waters for valuable catches, explore ruined locations, and trade with surviving settlements.
Fishing connects directly to survival and progression through bait, crafting, inventory management, scavenging, boat upgrades, and combat. Players can also leave the vessel to explore on foot and face mutated creatures across land and water.

What is DREADMOOR?
A dark first-person fishing adventure developed by Dream Dock and published by Digital Vortex Entertainment. You travel the flooded Submerged Lands by fishing trawler — fishing, scavenging, crafting, upgrading your boat, trading with settlements, and fighting mutated creatures in real time.
When does DREADMOOR release?
The full game is planned for Q4 2026 — no exact date has been announced. A public Steam demo arrives earlier, on October 6, 2026. The game is not in Early Access; the Steam page is still listed as not yet available.
Was there a playtest, and can I still play it?
An official Open Playtest ran September 10–14, 2026 and has ended. The developers required fresh saves for the test, and playtest progress does not carry over to the demo or the full game. Anything observed during the test is treated as historical here, because quests, regions, fish, dialogue, tutorials, and the fishing system were reworked.
Is DREADMOOR multiplayer or co-op?
No. The Steam page currently marks DREADMOOR as Single-player only. No multiplayer or co-op mode has been announced — if that ever changes, it would come through official channels first.
Which platforms is DREADMOOR coming to?
Only PC via Steam is confirmed right now (App ID 3629430). There is no confirmed PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or VR version. Pages answering those questions will always say what is and is not officially announced.
How much will DREADMOOR cost?
The price has not been announced. The Steam store page currently shows no price, so any number you see elsewhere is speculation. This wiki will only list pricing once the developer or publisher confirms it.
Are there any DREADMOOR redeem codes?
